Terry Gibson is a 55-year old grandma, Phys-Ed teacher, bird watching enthusiast who started CrossFit with us a little over a year ago and has seen tremendous results, both physically and mentally. Read more below...
1) What motivated you to start at Strong Together Fitness?

4) What would you say to someone on the fence about joining?
I would say that you should not fear the unknown and not listen to anyone who tells you wouldn't be able to do Crossfit. I'm 55 and still can't do a "real" push up or pull up but that doesn't mean that I'm not stronger. And I continue to try to do movements that I haven't been able to do, and have improved in every movement/exercise since I started. I'm probably in the best shape of my life physically and mentally, and you can be also if you give it a try! It's been one of the best decisions I've made in my life, my only regret is that I didn't start doing it years ago!
